Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Awasero Digital Solutions INC (“we”, “us”) governing your use of aeograder.org (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service queries third-party AI answer engines about a brand and returns an analysis of how those engines describe it, together with recommendations.

Free report

The free report is an estimate produced from a single answer engine. The per-engine rankings it displays are modelled from that one result, not separately measured. It is provided as-is, with no commitment as to availability.

Paid report

The paid report costs $10 as a one-time charge and queries ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini for real, returning their answers with citations, share-of-voice, a technical site audit and an action plan. It includes a limited number of re-scans of the same site within 14 days of purchase, so you can track movement. Re-scans left unused when that window closes expire.

Accuracy and no guarantee of results

AI answer engines are non-deterministic: the same question can produce different answers at different times, and their output can be incomplete or wrong. Reports are a point-in-time observation, not a statement of fact about your brand, and scores are our own editorial measure rather than an industry standard.

We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will change how any engine describes you, improve any ranking, or produce any commercial result. Nothing in a report is legal, financial or professional advice.

Your responsibilities

• Submit only websites and brands you own or are authorised to analyse, and information you are entitled to share.
• Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or harass or disparage others.
• Do not scrape the Service, circumvent rate limits, resell access, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not submit malware, or content that is unlawful or that you have no right to submit.

Ownership

We own the Service, its content and its branding. You keep ownership of everything you submit. The report we generate for you is yours to use for your own business purposes, including sharing it internally or with your clients; you may not resell it as a standalone product or present it as your own methodology.

You grant us permission to process what you submit in order to provide the Service, and to use aggregated, de-identified data to improve it.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. The Service depends on third-party APIs that we do not control, and an outage at one of those providers may interrupt it. We do not offer a service-level commitment on either tier.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, in which case this exclusion may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $10.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, from content you submit, or from your breach of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service. The sections on ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
