Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Awasero Digital Solutions INC (“we”, “us”) handles personal data on aeograder.org (the “Service”). We have written it against what the product actually does rather than in generalities, so that you can check it.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Analysis inputs. The website URL and brand name you submit, and optionally a category and a list of competitors. These are the subject of the report.
• Email address — optional. Only if you ask us to email a report or save it to your report history. You can use the free analyzer without giving us an email.

Information collected automatically

• IP address. Used solely to rate-limit the analysis and history endpoints so the Service is not abused. Rate-limit records expire automatically about an hour after their window closes.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects page views, approximate location derived from IP, and device and browser information. See Cookies below.
• Server logs. Standard request logs kept by our hosting provider for operating and securing the Service.

Payment information

Paid reports are processed by Stripe. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We receive only the checkout session identifier, the billing email address Stripe collects, and whether payment succeeded.

How we use it

• To run the analysis you requested and produce your report.
• To email you a report, and to let you find it again through a report-history link.
• To take payment for a paid report and to support you if it fails.
• To rate-limit, secure, debug and improve the Service.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your email address for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Answer engines and other processors

The Service works by asking third-party AI answer engines about your brand. The brand name and website URL you submit are sent to those engines as part of the questions we ask them, and are handled under their own terms and privacy policies:

• OpenAI (ChatGPT)
• Anthropic (Claude)
• Google (Gemini)
• Perplexity

Our other processors are:

• Google Cloud — hosting and database storage (United States).
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google Analytics — usage analytics.

Do not submit confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything you are not willing to have sent to these providers.

How long we keep it

• Rate-limit records (IP address) — expire automatically, roughly an hour after the window closes.
• Report-history links — expire 30 minutes after being issued.
• Reports and their inputs — retained so that you can return to a report you generated, and so paid re-scans can be compared over time. We keep these until you ask us to delete them.
• Payment records — retained by Stripe, and by us in summary form, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Cookies

We use cookies set by Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. They are not required for the Service to function; you can block or delete them in your browser, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the analyzer will still work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these — including deleting a report and the email attached to it — contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our infrastructure and processors are located primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children

The Service is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encryption in transit, keep API credentials in a managed secret store rather than in our code, and limit access to production data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service.
